  • Each Conference Room booking grants you private use of the meeting space, including high-speed Wi-Fi, power outlets, a large high-definition screen/TV with standard HDMI connection for presentations, and comfortable professional seating. Access to complimentary filtered water and coffee in our shared kitchen area is also included.

  • Yes, absolutely. The Conference Room is available for booking by the hour, half-day (4 hours), or full day (8+ hours), depending on availability. Our online booking system shows all available options and pricing.

  • Booking is simple via our website. Just click the "Book the Conference Room Now" button on this page, select your desired date and time slot from the calendar, and follow the online instructions to complete your reservation and payment.

  • We understand plans can change. You can cancel or reschedule your booking without penalty up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time. Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to the full booking fee. Please refer to the link in your confirmation email or contact us directly for assistance.

  • The standard amenities like Wi-Fi, the display screen, and power outlets are included in the booking fee. We do not typically charge extra for standard usage. Should you require specialized equipment not listed, catering arrangements, or extensive administrative support, please contact us in advance to discuss possibilities and any potential additional costs.

  • Yes, parking is free and available for all bookings. If you need a parking spot, it will be included with your reservation.
